I only have Half of my channels and hddsr 800 wont download update is this my problem? If so how do I get the dsr updated
You can contact shaw to refresh your receiver remotely. If that doesn't work there may be a hardware problem. Generally with Shaw if it is only some channels, the LNB is the most likely source of the problem.
