Product Questions

The Winegard automatic dishes use a standard Shaw 75E dish.  To upgrade these dishes to use the new Shaw satellite you will need to make sure the LNB is a "Triple Satellite" LNB, no other hardware change is necessary. 

The Third Shaw satellite does not project outside of Canada, so when the change happens people using their service outside of the recommended area will likely not get signal.

No, the two systems (though they function very similar) use different protocols to control the motors, and parts (including the controller) are not interchanable.
